Your primary role is to follow up on inquiries made through their website about the various courses they offer. This is a warm, soft sales call where the customer is looking to commence studying and begin the next chapter of their life.

Things you need to know about the role:
Make warm calls to customers who have previously reached out to the company and are looking to commence their studies.
Listen to and engage with customers over the phone to understand their situation and motivation.
Show initiative to tailor a product that runs parallel with their interests and vision.
Act in a friendly, professional, and confident manner as well as meeting compliance requirements.
About the role:
Permanent full-time position - Monday to Friday - WFH on Fridays!
Work in the boutique Brighton office. Lovely shops and beach just down the road.
Full product and systems training
Base salary of $55k + Super + uncapped commission - OTE 85k!
