Job Summary:
We are recruiting our new Product Manager – Data Analytics
This role sits within our Global Product Management Product Analytics team working closely & collaborating with fellow Product Managers, R&D Teams, Data Analysts & Engineers across various continents & time zones, including APAC & the US.
In the Product Analytics Group, it’s all about the data. On this team, you’ll use your critical thinking skills to work through key & ambiguous problems to solve using data, derive insights through analysis and observation, and share data insights with numerous product teams & stakeholders you work with.
The Product Manager – Data Analytics will have a diverse skill set, where in addition to being intensely curious about our end users & ResMed’s product portfolio, you will be organized, autonomous, capable of solving complex problems by using business acumen, data insights, analytical approaches & network collaboration.
In this role, you will be a data and analytics leader, sometimes working independently or with Data Analysts, developing data insights, applying your passion for data analytics and what they can do to drive results or behaviour change. You enjoy working with large databases and applying your love for quantitative methodologies and obsession with advanced analytics tools and data visualization. You are a strong communicator and can effectively provide a shared understanding of what’s possible with data & provide shared learnings across our Product Management Organization & Business.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience :
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Scientific or related discipline
Proven years of combined experience in Product Management and Data Analytics or relevant experience
Highly analytical demeanor with an ability to inform decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
Proficient in data visualization
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with individuals at all levels
Excellent written & verbal communication
Process oriented with great documentation skill
Strong organizational abilities
Experience using BI solutions (e.g. Tableau, Sisense, Power BI) and Advanced Excel & modelling skills
Preferred:
SQL/CQL experience
Python and or/R experience
