your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the provision of a comprehensive range of level 2-3 client support services that develops and improves the use of information, communications and technology across our hospitals and health services
Work with a range of stakeholders to recognise, advise and develop opportunities for improved service delivery, to undertake appropriate support and consultancy work and implement solutions to align new technologies with the business' needs
Provide level 2-3 support across hospitals and health services
Manage business projects

Diploma of Information Technology or Certificate III in Information Technology
3-5 years’ experience in a similar customer facing, field-based role Strong knowledge of information technology concepts, practices and trends, particularly in desktop and server operating system, networked environments, telephony systems and cloud technologies
Demonstrated experience in successful project management in line with industry best practices Knowledge of health systems, procedures and contemporary issues (desirable)
Sound customer service and support skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in time management and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
