The role and what we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our customer service and sales team to support the provision of the Capricorn Mutual product. The Mutual protection product is kind of like insurance, but different. Think of it as an alternative to insurance!

This role is responsible for:
acting as the Members' first point of contact;
providing exceptional customer service;
managing protection policy renewals; and
selling protection policies that meet our Members' specific needs.
The successful candidate will have previous sales and customer service experience. Insurance industry experience is desirable, but not essential.

Capricorn is a member-based financial services organisation which exists to improve the lives of over 24,000 Members across Australia and New Zealand by supporting them in building stronger automotive businesses. We provide products and services including trade credit, risk protection, equipment finance, trade events, travel services, fuel cards and more. Last financial year Member purchases exceeded $2.59 billion and Member returns exceeded $71 million.
