Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a Implementation Engineer to join Philips Healthcare based in Melbourne sup to support Vic, TAS and SA, to ensure the delivery of Healthcare solutions to customers continues to be world class. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity within Philips Healthcare, which will have a strong focus on Digital Computational Pathology and a balance between physical implementation of equipment and implementing the relevant IT for the solution. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of Healthcare IT solutions on customer sites.

As Implementation Engineer , your responsibilities will include:

Involvement in the full spectrum of the solution, from order acquisition through to the technical execution and installation.

Provides first-line technical support, maintenance, & installation support to customers, communicates solutions or actions, taking ownership, and acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines.

Accurately documents service records inclusive of diagnostics, resolution & test procedures and case status using the service management system. Capturing solutions to allow for knowledge share.

Focuses on First Time Right ensuring there is a clear action plan & preparation, ordering of parts (if required), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.

Lead the design, configuration, installation and integration of Philips Healthcare systems into the customers' IT environment

Put in place measures to ensure customer satisfaction

We are looking for

In-depth knowledge and experience in a Healthcare IT environment

Excellent PC skills (e.g. experience with Microsoft Windows and LINUX operating systems)

Proficient in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service essential.

Prior experience within an engineering, medical or science related environment required

An ability and willingness to travel
