Sales Manager, Professional

Job Description

The Sales Manager Professional is accountable for generating revenue. The role translates and implements the Professional sales strategy. The role is accountable for developing and executing new account and sales plans in order to ensure that the Professional sales volume and profitability objectives are met.
Leadership of key account/s (including sales and account management,  planning and initiatives)
 Responsible for meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
​​​​​​​Executes general pricing, promotional pricing and trade margins within guidelines and pricing bandwidths, and group pricing governance.
Development of internal customer business plan and external joint business plan with ability to convert into executable plans and commitments to deliver the strategic and financial goals.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Senior Sales experience e.g. advanced negotiation skills 
Strong business acumen
Experience in hotels, gaming and the leisure industry is highly valued
Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment
Demonstrated drive and confidence 
Proven ability to anticipate needs and initiate action
Bachelor degree or equivilent experience
