Job Coach - Endeavour Hills
As a Job Coach, you will responsible for the placement of clients living with disability, injury or health condition into work or education.
Reporting to the Service manager, your key activities will include:
Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
Building relationships with local employers to source jobs for your clients;
Reverse marketing clients into jobs;
Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes; and
Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience working in a fast pace customer service environment;
Promote and support practices that are inclusive, responsive, safe and accessible;
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload; and
Hold a current driver's license.
