As a Porter, you will be a key connection point between our Guests and the Hotel, providing a 5 star customer service experience. In this highly visible role, you will be required to provide a warm and friendly welcome, escort our guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for assisting with valet parking and storing guests’ luggage.
To be successful in this exciting role, the right candidate will have:
Full NSW Manual Drivers Licence (essential)
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (e.g. lifting luggage)
Knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas including restaurants, bars and attractions
Ability to multi task and time management skills
Flexibility of a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
Eye for detail
Ideally, previous experience of at least one year in a similar role
Fully Covid vaccinated
