Program Manager - Specialist (Ex-Offender)


About the Role

This exciting new role will manage the delivery of Ex-Offender Specialist Enhanced Services for the Perth South Region by ensuring compliance with Deed requirements and achievement of performance measures. 

The right candidate will develop and maintain a current Regional Plan for Ex-Offenders,

develop strategies and employment initiatives for participants to generate suitable employment outcomes, and ensure the Workskil Australia Service Model is delivered appropriately and effectively.

This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be required to travel across the Perth South region.

You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers and staff;
Effectively prove your strong knowledge of industry and the labour market;
Prove your ability to motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders including staff;
Demonstrate strong task and time management with attention to detail and data integrity;
Ensure administration requirements and reports are accurate and up to date and provide reports and other information to management as required; and
Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to type 30 words per minute.

You will also be required to:

Hold a current drivers’ licence; 
Have at least three years experience in Employment Services; and
Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.
