Based in a modern manufacturing complex, occupying nine factories in Kilsyth, Rae-Line currently employs more than 130 employees. As Rae-Line is expanding its business into new Customers and Product the need for production staff grows.

Working Monday to Wednesday (28.5hrs, 9.5hrs each day 7am-5pm x 3). We are currently seeking a savvy Payroll & Accounts Officer to work in the admin/finance department reporting to the CFO, experience in finance and payroll (130+) employees a must.  Suitable candidates should be able to perform stated duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision and undergo a Police Check.


Myob Account Right (Payroll) experience 2yrs+ 
AR/AR/General ledger reconciliations 2yrs+
Timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
Manage end to end Payroll for 130+ employees (incs time sheets, shift allowances, phone allowances, day and afternoon shift, & salary staff) 
Weekly payroll (experience with Enterprise Agreement & Manufacturing Award)
Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payables
Processing petty cash, credit cards transactions
Bank reconciliations
Assist with month end/year end reporting
Internet daily banking, monitor of balances
Intercompany reconciliations, recharges
Processing super, ATO, payroll tax, maternity leave, child support and the like
Assisting the finance team as required
Assist the CFO with tasks
Seek to improve current processes and streamlining tasks
Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
Maintain 5S principles
