The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for bringing in top quality talent to BrightTALK, identifying business needs and finding the best talent match for maximized growth within the business.The Talent Acquisition team is a hard working, fun and collaborative group of people. We work cross departmentally in identifying needs and understanding what’s required of new talent who are coming into the business. We are quick to adapt in a situation to best support candidates as well as our hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Managing full recruiting cycle for entry roles within BrightTALK
Working with our ATS to communicate and document processes with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining a standard of quality talent over quantity and effectively giving feedback to hiring manager in that pursuit
Partnering with hiring managers to bring in quality talent through consistent communication and feedback to best support the business needs
Effective questioning through phone and video screens to best understand a candidate before moving them forward in the hiring process
Collaborating with other recruiters responsible for a role to source for the ideal candidate profile
Participating in team functions
Maintaining BrightTALK values
People Operations special projects
Matching a candidate's resume with needs of the role
Clear and effective communication with multiple functions, candidates, and people within the business
Ability to adapt in situations and identify what’s required to support a candidate and or hiring manager
Organized while working with multiple different roles and forms of communication with people inside and outside of the company.
Ability to multitask while working with up to 10+ roles at a time.
Hospitable in making candidates feel comfortable throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration in working with the hiring manager and other recruiters to fill the role.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long standing relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Expertise and Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting 1-2+ years
Experience with Lever or other ATS
Experience with sourcing candidates
People skills and responsible with confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication
