Account Manager

In this role, you will be working with existing clients, partnering them to transform their business and meet their objectives through engaging a range of solutions that the business offers. The main responsibilities of this role is to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities;
Work closely with Account Managers to deepen and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Upsell and cross-sell targets, through expanding usage within existing accounts as well as breaking into new lines of business.
Manage full sales cycle from contract generation through to closing deals.
