Overlooking the breath-taking Terranora Creek this direct waterfront marina hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage the full-service and licensed restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the restaurant in the delivery of high-quality service, food and wines to customers.
Your role will include;
Menu planning with the head chef
Planning and organising functions and events
Customer service including reservation management
Purchasing, managing budget and stock control
Supervision and management of staff
Ensuring Workplace, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance at all times
Provide staff training
In return, we offer a full time position with an attractive basic salary of $70,000-$90,000 per annum + superannuation.
