Maths - Tutor (NSW)

About You:
You are a university undergraduate or postgraduate student. You are looking for a rewarding and flexible job that pays great market rates for both undergraduates and postgraduates (up to $60 an hour for postgraduate students). You are passionate about making sure your students achieve their full potential. 

Prior tutoring experience is highly desirable not essential. What is most important is that you are a clear and enthusiastic communicator with a good grasp of the subject matter. We will supplement that knowledge with our own teaching materials.




Criteria include:
If graduate - a degree with a major in the subject area to be taught with a distinction average
If undergraduate:
an ATAR above 90
a Band 6 or E4 in Mathematics Advanced/Extension

At Dymocks Tutoring we have created a beautiful learning environment in our two learning hubs, located at Parramatta, Burwood and online. We have top of the line resources and learning technology, and a space created with the comfort of our students in mind including study spaces, a common room and a kitchen as well as a modern open plan office for staff. 

At Dymocks Tutoring our students are our main priority and we regularly require student feedback, making sure our services meet student demands. We take student feedback seriously and have built a model of tutoring around continuous improvement. 

We're looking for Tutors in:
Primary (Years 3 - 6) and Selective Schools
Junior High School (Years 7 - 10)
Senior High School (Years 11 - 12)
Hours of work:

Rates of Pay:
$29 - $40/hour per hour for undergraduate
$45 per hour for graduates
$60 per hour for NESA accredited proficient teachers
$60+ per hour for PhD
