Billing Analyst

Description Our global client is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team. Your role would be to maintain and manage customer monthly recurring bills, this includes but is not limited to PPM call checks; implementing contract pricing; updating new connections and disconnections and CTN reconciliation.You will liaise with internal and external clients throughout the bill run to ensure accuracy and key usage information.Responsible for ensuring deadlines are maintained, recognizing trends, and making recommendations based on customer behaviour.Whilst this is a stand-alone function, you will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside team-oriented colleagues.Primary ResponsibilitiesMeeting deadlines for monthly recurring telecoms bill runsAddress customer complaints and queriesCustomer account reconciliationsProducing bespoke reports for clientsPrepare and present analytical reportsWorking closely with Account Managers to ensure profitability on new and existing pricing.Maintaining and building SQL system reportsBuilding and amending PPM tariff schemes.Client contract set ups.Understanding and implementing new tariffs.Key qualitiesHighly skilled in Microsoft ExcelHigh level of numeracyHigh level of initiativeKeen attention to detail and trend analysisAbility to analyze and present dataClear communication skillsTelecoms billing experienceAffinity billing platform experience is advantageous (AKJ Affinity CRM)Preference to applicants that have worked with telecoms beforePlease send your CV to ******Kindly note, due to high influx of CVs, only suitable candidates will be contacted.If you do not hear back from a consultant within 5 to 10 days of your application, please consider yourself unsuccessful this time around..special-hidden { display: none; }Id Subtitle
