Graphic Designer


*Reference: PE-Tabz-1*Conceptualize, design, and develop graphics, visual and multimedia content and learning style guides and templates for the Group Learning and Development and Digital Learning team.***Requirements :* * Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Illustration or other related qualification * 3-5 years experience in Graphic Design (essential) * Experience designing graphics and multimedia content for digital learning projects (preferred) * Experience in leading design projects (preferred) * Experience in motion graphic and multimedia design (preferred) * Comfortable with using the latest design and creative software required *Responsibilities:* * Contribute to the development of innovative, high quality, engaging and experiential learning content through the design of digital graphic and visual content, multimedia and supporting material and templates, resources, media and learning aids. * Develop learning style guides, graphics, animations and brand templates that are engaging, highly creative and effective at supporting the learning experience from a visual perspective. * Work closely with the digital learning team and within the brand CI to maintain or develop the required visual elements for the digital learning experience, while producing innovative, effective designs. * Suggest, design and develop visual solutions that will effectively support users to achieve learning outcomes of the learning experience. * Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products that ensures efficiency and accessibility and ensure efficient version control and maintain repository of all versions. * Ensure designs and content developed remain cutting edge and in line with developments within the field of digital learning, web accessibility standards and user experience design. * Obtain ongoing and regular feedback from project team as well as stakeholder and business and make necessary updates to ensure the content meets the brief. * Contribute to the development of all visual communications and marketing campaign elements as required. * Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders. * Positively influence and participate in change initiatives. * Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge, as well as digital learning trends and best practice. * Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas. *Competencies:* * Creativity * Digital Learning * Communication skills * Aminamtion Design * Digital Design * Motion Design * Web Design * Copywriting * Video Editing * Digital Marketing * Content Planning * Strategic Planning * Layout Design * Digital sketching * Infographic creation * Attention to detail * Technical skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator at a minimum) * Time management skills * Business proficiency in English R Market Related - Market Related - Annually
