Mr Price Legal Lease Administrator: Job Summary Provides a variety of lease administrative duties and liaise with stakeholders to monitor and maintain lease agreements to ensure overall compliance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFull legal administration function for real estate matters which include, but is not limited to: Draft, review, vet and finalise lease agreements and property related contractsReview and negotiate lease contract terms with property owners and external suppliersProcess and manage leases on Lease Management System Report on contractual lease obligations Legal correspondence with Landlords and external suppliersReview lease occupancy costs and provide accurate alternative lease solutionsAdministration of lease process for new/exp/red stores Monitor Lease expiry/anniversary Timeous exercise of Rights of Option to renew Tracking, filing and monitoring of lease documentsCommunication with Divisions/Store Development/Procurement and design Reporting on Lease information, calculation of gross and turnover rentalsManagement of Diary systemDocument Drafting :Drafting, formatting and preparation of leases and various real estate contracts Collation of relevant information from key stakeholders for submissionMeetings:Attending meetings Attending to minutes of meetings and follow up of key action points with various stakeholdersProject Support:Provide support to the trading divisions on property related matters as required requirementsQualifications and ExperienceLLB or relevant legal qualification, admission as an Attorney of the High court will be advantageous Minimum of 2 years post admission experience in commercial andProperty law Minimum of 2 years experience in leasing/retail real estate industryKnowledge/ Skills: skills Meticulous eye for detail and accuracyProven ability to work under pressure and multitask Proven ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels ProvenAbility to articulate oral and written communication clearly and professionally Ability to work full time and availability after hours when needed Financial / BusinessAcumen Advanced Excel and Word skills A high level of integrity in dealing with confidential informationHow to ApplyTo apply click on the view more information button below.View more information
