Sales Account Manager | Joburg | Apparel Retail Brand


We are looking for a dynamic and competent Sales Account Manager to handle bulk orders and other sales activities of our company. You will be responsible for managing as well as acquiring new business opportunities with other service providers. The Sales Account Manager must understand the footwear and apparel market and has worked in similar positions. They need to have a good network of established retailers in the marketplace. Besides your managerial duties, you will be developing business growth strategies to maximize sales. You will also be analysing and negotiating contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and business partners. Duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:Identifying and contacting potential business partners, vendors, and suppliersSeeking and managing bulk orders and purchasesEstablishing new and existing long-term business relationshipsNegotiating contract terms and conditions with business partners and vendorsDeveloping and achieving sales objectivesReviewing sales figures and performancesAnalysing and developing strategies to maximize salesAttending trade shows, meetings, and networking eventsOrganising and maintaining inventoryEnsuring all shipments are received and dispatched on timeReviewing sales KPIs and preparing sales reportAnticipating demand and acquiring new materialsMaintaining a record of all accounts payable and receivable Skills and Experience required:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related fieldProven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or a similar position, preferably in the footwear / apparel industryFamiliarity with sales tracking softwareComplete understanding of inventory management softwareExcellent analytical and negotiation skillsAbility to conduct market researchDetail-oriented and customer-centric individualProblem-solving abilityGood computer skillsExcellent multitasking and organisational skillsAbility to manage stressful situationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skillsAbility to leverage business-building opportunities Salary negotiable depending on experienceStart ASAP To apply for the Sales Account Manager Job, Joburg, Apparel Retail Brand job please send your CV in a word document together with your CV.
