Store grading and turnover monitoring seasonally, by Category by Brand.Set up of optimum stock cover reports to ensure stock turn and sales density targets are met across all grades of stores.Set min/max inventory targets and stock to sales ratios per store.Set Annual and Seasonal Core skus min/max stock holding per store.Ensure service level % per store.Measure stock turn per store.Manage monthly and quarterly revision of store demand targets by gender and category.Maintain min/max inventory targets and stock to sales ratios per store.Maintain service level, of core lines, in store through accurate post distribution allocations.Analyze weekly and monthly data to identify sales and inventory needs.Maintain weekly inventory shipment to stores by gender and category based on current trade store demands.Communicate all changes in inventory allocations to stakeholders (Buying and Planning team).Management of Markdown and Promo effect on allocations with a view to revising Store Grading and Strategic Allocations in season.Management of IBT and Returns to Warehouse/Close Outs and the effect on allocations.Management of damaged stock and oddments in store.
