Job description The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (x 20) in a specific area/region, i.e. the East Rand Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RMs is key to the success of this role.Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartracks Fleet Management Solution and VASAchieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomesDevelop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales teamPrepare monthly forecasts/budgets Minimum requirements Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationSolution orientatedProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsHigh level of EQ with strong negotiation skillsApplied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced LevelCRM applied experience
