Warehousing - Customer Services Officer - JacobsAreputable warehousing and transport operation with a national footprint islooking for a conscientious CSO in Durban. TheCompany is a multi-principal 3rd party warehousing operator, with anumber of clients across a range of commodities. Youwill be a primary interface with allocated clients, must have strong attentionto detail and be very administratively organised.Thisis a pivotal role which is generally very busy so communication is a keyingredient for success, and above average verbal and written communicationskills are needed to ensure that. Aminimum of 3 years hands on experience in processing transactions on acomputerised WMS, such as or similar to STREAMLINE by WeThinkSoftware isnon-negotiable. Closeliaison with operational staff and follow up of actions in progress isimportant.
