Processing a high volume of product orders Processing invoices for all sales transactionsChecking prices and quotes are up to dateSupporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the teams objectivesTaking phone calls from customersCommunicating internally important feedback from customersProcessing POD & Invoice log sheets for all customersDealing with and responding to high volumes of emailsUpdating customers with logistics changesFollowing up on orders, quotes and deliveriesAchieve a set number of calls daily, consisting of follow up calls to the customer base, as well as proactively sales calls to existing and new customersRecord call details and update accordinglyEnsure that each customer contact opportunity is maximised by selling the full product portfolioProactively participating in sales and marketing campaigns to reach team targets and objectivesMeeting daily KPA Metrics in terms of a number of:Quotes and Orders Process, Outgoing calls made, achieving daily Gross Profit targets.RequirementsExperienced in IT distribution salesTrustworthy and dependablePunctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlinesAbility to take initiative and manage own time effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skills Finding solutions for customers queriesWell organised and ability to prioritise effectivelyNot afraid to ask questions or escalate challenges where necessaryConfidence to engage with customers telephonicallyCommitment to attain a high level of technical product knowledge in order to build credibility with the customer baseMaintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all timesDisplay prompt and effective organisation, planning and decision-making skillsProfessional and enthusiastic attitude to workOwn / dependable transportWilling to visit customers to grow businessEducation / ExperienceIT IndUstry experience is essential 3-4 yearsGrade 12 or higher
