If you are interested and meet the requirements for this position, then please send through your CV.Job Purpose:Analyze and report on the various property portfolios and properties regarding financial performance, investment opportunities and valuations to guide and advise the business on leveraging market opportunities for enhanced return on investment. Job Functions Analysis,Facilities & Property Manager,Finance Industries Facilities & Property Management Specification Property Analysis 1.Research and analyze property information and make recommendations regarding investment performance / opportunities. 2.Tracks and analyses property market trends and presents findings to Business owners with recommendations on leveraging potential market opportunities.3.Prepares analysis and monitors performance on the key performance metrics to the business, being leasing performance, income, expense and returns. 4.Investigate acquisition and/or development opportunities by conduct the necessary due diligence through generating IRR, NPV and other financial ratios with an emphasis on return on investment.5.Evaluate investment opportunities by conducting valuation methods to determine value as well as conduct valuations on current assets.6.Analyze, review and make recommendations in terms of capital expenditure to maintain and maximize property yields.7.Makes recommendations on value enhancement of assets. 8.Assists with the report-back process, monitoring and explanation of performance variances. 9.Builds knowledge of each property in the portfolio in detail. 10.Establishes and maintains mutual beneficial relationships with property and portfolio managers.Data modelling and Reporting1.Develop and implement monthly financial/operational reports per property that can be used by the business to review, manage and enhance performance of assets.2.Develop innovative business financial models to predict/forecast asset performance.3.Develop and implement property statistics and reports to be used in investor/property analysis market.4.Develop and implement statistics and reports to be used in financial integrated reports.5.Develop and implement reports that can be used on a group basis to highlight and monitor key asset, leasing, operational performance, metrics and recommendations.6.Develop and implement other relevant reports and dashboards as required by the business to enhance property portfolios performance and quality decision making.7.Extract and analyze property as well as other relevant data to be used for reporting purposes, trend analysis and decision-making.Solution Development and Implementation1.Design data models, dashboards and reports to transform raw data into meaningful insights, which will enable decision making.2.Translate business needs into business requirements and specifications to developers for development of reports and dashboards (if required).3.Working with technical development team to establish data sources, data tables, connections and integration requirements to produce the set objectives.4.Test the accuracy of the extracted results and compare to the original data before information is provided to the stakeholders.5.Build and design dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI/ similar tools.6.Perform data analytics and interpreting results.7.Establish procedures for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders.8.Assist in training of internal stakeholders in use and application of dashboards and reports.9.Continuous support and refinements to dashboards and reports.Working conditions:Mostly Office Based. Limited Travelling will be required. Requirements Qualifications & Experience:1.Tertiary Qualification (Diploma or Degree in Property or Finance) - Required2.3-5 years working experience as a Property Analyst - Required3.3 years experience in the property industry - RequiredSkills & Knowledge Required:1.Proficient in MS Office.2.Must have strong analytical background.3.Strong business and financial acumen.4.Understand property financial instruments and valuation methods.5.Ability to learn new systems and extract required data.6.Experience in data analytics and business intelligence dashboard reporting and management.7.Report writing.Personal Attributes:1.Problem solving find solutions when emotions are involved.2.Reality testing be objective; see things as they really are.3.Interpersonal relationships building mutually satisfying relationships.4.Attention to detail focus on details, strive for perfection and be well organized.5.Analytical thinking like solving complex problems, carefully analyze information and use logic to address issues and problems.6.Numerical and statistical ability ability to perform complex calculations and perform reconciliations on data and numbers.
