Filling Line Technician


Minimum requirements for the role:A minimum of 5 years working experience in Hardware and Software Programming of Electrical Components or Electrical Piping and Connections or PLC or related is essential.Previous working experience as a Millwright or Mechanical/Electrical Technician within the beverage or related industry is advantageous but not essential.Previous working experience doing preventative and planned maintenance on high-speed filling lines or related is essential.Must be willing and able to work overtime and travel locally and internationally when required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team, are essential.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Performing daily planned and unplanned maintenance and necessary adjustments to the filling line.Analysing and solving problems to ensure continuous improvement.Ensuring that performance and quality standards are maintained at all times.Ensuring that all regulations and procedures (OHS, Quality, Environment, Safety, etc.) are adhered to.Providing feedback to the relevant manager with regards to the filling plan adherence and other production related issues.Ensuring that piping, pumps, filters, and other equipment is effectively cleaned after filling.Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
