Description Our Client a leading Tech firm is seeking a MS D - Customer Service and Field Services Consultant/ Developer to join their team remotely on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and an excellent working environment.As a Senior Developer you will be a responsible for consulting clients on complex information technology challenges to determine business goals, guide and drive solution design and implementation for these technology changes. You will be involved in the full software development and implementation lifecycle and will be key in driving delivery with the customer, acting as a "trusted advisor" in your role capacity. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver work to clients.Required to discover, assess and advise on requests for Microsoft Dynamics (and the wider Microsoft Power Platform) requests from clients, in-line with their business goals and objectives. You are expected to lead client engagements from a technical perspective, ensure excellent solution design and implementation. You are expected to hold Microsoft Dynamics certifications, to contribute meaningfully in the design and delivery of an optimal technology solution for the client.Required to work with the team to support the multi-disciplinary delivery including project management, business analysis, training and quality assurance.Required to participate in pre-sales activities which may include, client engagements, solution demos, advising on solution options, estimating effort, contributing to proposal writing specifically technical write ups, overview diagrams, assumptions and dependencies.Knowledge and Experience required is summarised below:Software programming knowledge (knowledge of the SDLC)Proven experience working with any of the following Dynamics modules (online or on-premise) Customer Service or SalesField Service or Marketing.Power Apps (Model Driven/Canvas) and Power AutomateSome experience using Power BIExperience working with C#Knowledge of ASP.NET 2.0 4.0Experience working with SQLExperience working with JavaScriptWorked in an Agile SCRUM or Kanban environment (preferable)Azure DevOps working knowledgeMinimum 36 Months experience in Microsoft Dynamics CEMinimum 36 Months experience in system customisations and custom development, such as workflow activities, plugins, ISV solutions and integrationMinimum 36 Months experience in SQL and SQL Reporting ServicesSkills/Attributes:Be able to work in a team environmentBe able to interact well with management, colleagues and clientsBe able to communicate well in the English languageBe able to write documents including proposals, solution definitions, presentations well in the English languageBe able to successfully adapt to changing demands and conditionsBe able to guide, assist and, as part of development in the role, coach team members w.special-hidden { display: none; }Id Subtitle
