Your People Partners are a refreshing, progressive and disruptive recruitment company.We help small companies of (usually) less than staff and indeed, some of our Partners (where others call them clients), are just one person and looking for their first team member.We exist to help small businesses grow their team and do it with cost-effective, hands-on hiring support, guidance and coaching.All of our Partners (clients) are retained.We do not tend todo any recruitment on a contingency basis.Your role as our Recruitment Account Managerin our teamis simple: Give all candidatesan awesome service. Support all our business owners to help them through what can be a stressful time when growing their team. Thrive in a work-from-home role with a growing team and a proven Playbook. And finally, love the fact you're making a real difference in people's careers and to business owners' lives.Your recruitment experience and personalitywill include: Recruitment experience is essential so you know and appreciate that we are striving to improve significantly on the 'norm'.We have a preference that you've had experience recruiting in the UK, Europe and/or USA.You know what it takes to provide an awesome Partner (client) and candidate experience (CX).You're chatty andbubbly - you love talking with people via phone and video.A customer service-focused approach to all your work - your Account Management skills are second to none.You love learning.Excel at home working.You'd love to be at the forefront of being a consultant in the truest sense of the word, definitely not a CV-pusher!You also won't need to do any new business development/sales(unless you enjoy doing so!)Role: a 12-month rolling contractwhich includes 5 weeks of paid holiday per yearHours: Full-time 35-40 hours per week to suit you - UK time zone work.Based: You can be based anywhere as long as you can work UK hours.
