Job Summary Support Analyst / Support Lead / DevOpsiOCO: Digital AppDev GautengAt iOCO: we value:high levels of responsibility and ownership,ability to execute and deliver,strong customer focus,integrity and teamwork and,initiativeWe are looking for innovative and talented individuals, who strive to make a difference in a dynamic environment as part of our efficient and enthusiastic teams.We recognise individual excellence and provide continuous learning and development opportunities for individuals who:are driven to produce the best,take responsibility for work given,strive to understand the functional requirements,develop, maintain, and support enhancements for various projects,identify and improve aspects of existing projects,stay up to date with new technologies.Support Analyst / Support Lead / DevOps as follows:Support AnalystWorking with devs on day-to-day basis to resolve and troubleshoot environment level issuesSupport infra teams - Linux Team, DBA Team to perform patch updates / upgradesSupport the production deployments, change preparation, presenting it to CAB, deploying the change on production.Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor data components in such as Elasticsearch, CassandraAttend to remedy tickets on day-to-day basis.Investigate and resolve environmental issues (Ensure environment stability)Troubleshooting problems QA and production environment as necessaryEnsure 24 / 7 support on severity 1 and 2 incidents.Coordinate with other vendors and support team on problem resolutionPerform troubleshooting, incident response and WebLogic patching in a timely mannerPerform data loading as and when needed andwhen on Production StandbyPerform production standby on rotational basis (Perform system health checks, check health check logs and system logs, follow the incident management process to raise incidents and work towards resolving them, perform RCAs and document them as and when required.)Documentation of investigations, new R&D, new processes, etc.Support LeadProvide Support to team in investigations as necessaryCompile reports for the Ops managers as per the prescribed processPlan schedule for Production standby duties by aligning with the Service Delivery ManagerRun stand-ups as and when necessarySort through JIRA tickets for the teamAssist team in backlog grooming as and when requiredRepresent the team in any other incidents and coordinate with respective stakeholders and other teams to get them resolvedAssist with DR failover as and when needed as per the processDevOpsConfiguration of Docker containers for new microservices and deploy themConfiguration of config files for docker containersCreation of Jenkins pipelines as and when neededConfiguration of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring of the docker containersInfra Capacity Planning - Every Quarter to check the infra capacity utilization and make recommendations if upgrade is required, need to create a document with the utilization detailsWork with SIT Team to get the microservices deployed in SIT environments for testingSupport the production deployments, change preparation, presenting it to CAB, deploying the change on production as and when needed.Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor data components in such as Elasticsearch, CassandraConfigure logging, monitoring using ELK stack for the MicroservicesTroubleshooting problems QA and production environment as necessaryDocumentation of investigations, new R&D, new processes, etc.Configuration of Nginx Proxy / API Gateway as and when needed.Configuration of New monitoring tools as per the requirement such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.Creation of custom shell scripts as and when required to automate certain tasks / processes.You have successfully created your alert.You will receive an email when a new job matching your criteria is posted.Your account has not been verified.
