We thank you for your interest in the above position.
This is a full time 40hr per week role and you need to be available to work between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. There will also be some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) to which you will have time off in lieu the following week if possible.
We are looking for the following skills and criteria:
- Customer service experience (telephone or face to face in any industry)
- Physically fit, heavy lifting may be required
- IT literate
- Working as part of a small close-knit team
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Having the right behaviours and work ethic
- Consistent in roles in previous experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as the store can be very busy
- Experience of supervising or ambition to be a manager
- Attention to detail
- Willing to delegate tasks if required and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ability to make decisions
Salary will be £23200 and generous bonuses
