Passenger Service Agent

Job description

Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for PRM Passenger Service Agents to work for one of our prestigious clients at Gatwick Airport. This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

Whats on offer:

  • Rate of Pay: £9.50 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension)
  • Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift timings: Shift will fall between 04:00-23:00
  • Lots of overtime opportunities

What youll be doing:

  • To consistently deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • Assisting passengers with reduced mobility at the airport.
  • Helping customers with any queries.
  • Driving company buggies to transport passengers from check in to the aircraft.
  • Maintaining an excellent standard of care.
  • Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to work as team.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Have a calm, friendly and professional manner
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Be passionate about customer service
  • You must be able to provide 5-year checkable history to secure long-term employment within this business
