The role of Product Marketing Manager:
This is a great full mix role incorporating Product Management and Marketing, managing product and product ranges throughout their lifecycle via retail and trade within the UK market.

* Product development - create new product brief/work with the group to support product and packaging development.
* Research - review of the market, new product /market opportunities/competitors.
* Pricing - product price positioning
* Marketing - Product messaging, Events/exhibitions, NPD launches, product content.
* Ecommerce - Optimisation of platform, promotions, manage online ranges.
* Reporting / Analysis - sales performance, range reviews, communication/ marketing campaigns.
* Cross functional collaboration - Group, sales, external agencies.

The requirements for Product Marketing Manager:
A successful Product Manager who enjoys a true full mix role from NPD to product launch/marketing of product range.

* Strong Product Management/marketing experience
* Previous experience with managing products into Retail / DIY / Trade industry
* Project management and international collaboration
* Connecting with the audience via digital communication - advantage
* Development and execution of marketing plans both on and offline.
* Degree or similar in Marketing or Business Management
* Strong people skills
* Calm under pressure
