We have an exciting opportunity within our Product Delivery Team for a Product Analyst. We are looking for someone who cares about the customers outcomes. Someone who has the confidence to challenge and the confidence to use their thinking ability, and to present analysis having thought about the broader picture and impacts.

As the Product Analyst you will be responsible for developing the product experience for customers in line with the strategic goals of the business. You will be obsessed with how customers interact with the products. Through the use of data and insights, you will be responsible for researching and developing compelling products. You will be sleek and effective at operational product planning and launch in order to maximise business performance.

Main duties and responsibilities of the job

• Thorough analysis of product performance in relation to pricing and market trends
• Support the process for product development, providing analysis and actionable recommendations as required
• Analyse competitive landscape against more2life products highlighting areas of opportunity and threat
• Manage a TCF scorecard for product related outcomes, ensuring more2life products are suitable for customer needs
• Oversee all operational elements for product and rate changes
• Work closely with more2life Change Team championing product change activity
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of process and systems to improve product performance reporting
• Champion products with internal stakeholders and ensure those stakeholders are kept fully up to date with upcoming activity
• Create and maintain a document library for more2life product literature, with a regular review cycle and clear accountability, working closely with Compliance colleagues
• Develop skill set to fulfil role of technical author for various key more2life documents
• Contribute to the annual Compliance product review
• Manage feedback mechanisms with customers and brokers to inform product decisions
• Ensure product launch planning is thorough and well-managed
• Contribute to the more2life product roadmap
• Responsible for maintaining accurate product details on sourcing systems

• Previous product experience in a financial services environment desirable
• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
• Organised and able to prioritise effectively, a self-starter approach to working
• Problem solver and Creative thinker ensuring M2L keeps developing the product and gathering feedback
• Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed within a growing company
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
• Able to present analytical findings to senior stakeholders and make actionable recommendations
