An exciting position has become available for a full-time Group Car Buyer based in Bristol. The successful candidate will earn £30,000 with OTE of £70,000. Working hours are 8:30am to 18:00pm.

This is a great opportunity to become involved with the whole business and get involved in buying and selling vehicles locally and nationally.

Please note, the employer are willing to give training for someone with car sales experience who hasn’t used phones as a selling medium.

Our client boasts a close-knit team and the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running.

Role Requirements

• Main Dealer or Non Franchise experience.
• The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to consistently exceed customer satisfaction, volume and profitability objectives.
• Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills with a high level of self-motivation.

Role Responsibilities

• Overseeing and recruitment and training of all sales employees.
