Case Coordinator

The Recpool Group are currently recruiting for experienced clinical case coordinators on behalf of our Liverpool city centre client.
As a case Co-Ordinator you will be the main point of contact for insurers and solicitors who send referrals into the business. You will deal with cases that fall under varying treatment types under the two elements of specialised work the department deals with (hospital services and psychological treatments).
The role will see you managing complex cases that the insurers and solicitors refer meaning excellent attention to detail is essential. You will be dealing with insurers, solicitors, treatment providers and the clients themselves to deliver exceptional care to the journey of a case.
Primary Responsibilities: To be a point of contact for insurers, solicitors, clients and treatment providers, providing relevant advice and assistance. To process referrals, reports, data and other information involved in a case in accordance with agreed best practice and procedures. To use a range of software applications (Word/Excel/ Outlook) to record work and liaise with referral companies and other involved parties. To raise invoices in accordance with the file and agreed process. Deliver exceptional customer service via email and telephone.
Required skills: Excellent customer service skills. Administrative background preferable. Effective time management skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (to include effective telephony skills). The ability to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels. To be able to work independently through own initiative as well as being an effective member of a team. Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability at all times. Good IT skills, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Use of administrative systems and able to maintain recording systems. Ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure.
Qualifications Required:Applicants for this post must have a minimum of English and Maths at GCSE Grade A*-C ( or equivalent).
