Tuesday to Saturday - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Looking for someone with a good attitude that has good people skills and is up to date with technology and tech savvy.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant once you have completed your initial probationary period.
You will be enrolled onto the Product Genius Programme, which is run by the manufacturer. This will be an 18 - 24 month programme, our client also offers their own in-house training and support to ensure that you succeed in your role.
It's important to understand that the specialist role, or as some retailers call them a Product Genius, is not a 'sales' role. Your job is to share your passion for our products in a pressure-free way. In many ways, you will be a 'brand ambassador.' The aim is to make customers feel excited about the cars - and impressed that they are getting a personalised service.
One of the great things about the job is that you'll get to test drive every car we sell. That way you can truly bring the driving experience to life. But it's not just about highlighting the cars performance or features. It's about understanding the customer and how different cars and options will suit them.
Day to day activities shall include the following: -
Provide an engaging, warm point of contact for customers, whether that's in the showroom or when responding to digital enquiries.
Imparting in-depth knowledge and expertise to customers, using available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of the products and technologies as well as developments across the automotive industry.
Understanding customer requirements, by listening to their questions and aspirations, creating a non-pressured, non-threatening sales environment.
Promoting the brand, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly, understandable way.
Completing product presentations, test-drives and vehicle handovers, enhancing the customer experience at every point of contact.
Embracing the latest technology available, including tablets and video, to help customers through the buying process. This includes creating personalised videos to send to customers.
Supporting off-site events, acting as an ambassador for your retailer and the brand.
Assisting sales team with showroom displays and working closely with the Sales Executives with customer conversion.
For this role, we are looking for an individual who has great communication skills, a passion for cars, technology and have an outstanding attitude towards delivering the best customer service. You must be able to assimilate information quickly and have excellent attention to detail and listening skills.
You must be IT literate (PC, Microsoft and web literate), and hold a full UK driving licence.
