SENIOR HOUSING MANAGEMENT WORKER
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Housing or Support worker to develop their knowledge and skills in this interesting and varied sector.
You will manage a team of staff who deliver support to single homeless people in temporary accommodation. You will carry your own caseload of service users, supporting them with sourcing move-on accommodation, benefits applications, life skills and everyday needs, and possibly giving support and further sign-posting for additional drug and alcohol misuse or mental health needs.
You will have Senior experience from either a Housing or Support background, and will hold a level 3 minimum in Health and Social Care. You will need to be a driver with your own vehicle.
Monday - Sunday (shifts between 8am - 10pm) with occasional emergency sleep-in cover
