Recruitment Workforce Planner

A dynamic firm of auditors, accountants and business advisers seeks a Resourcing Advisor to join their growing team.

As part of the Recruitment & Resourcing team, you will be responsible for workforce planning, headcount management to demand and supply management for client engagements.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Resourcing Advisor, with experience in a scheduling, resourcing and capacity management role. You will be an Excel whizz - able to use it for reporting in order to provide management information data and insights.

As Resourcing Advisor your responsibilities will include:

*Delivering experienced hire recruitment across the business - end to end
*Head hunting for key business areas across the firm
*Managing the PSL
*Liaising with recruitment agencies on candidate submissions and feedback
*Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage and onboarding
*Updating monthly people and recruitment reports
*Liaising regularly with key stakeholders, providing them with management information and data insights
*Creating engaging recruitment material to post on job boards and social media

Key skills and attributes as a Resourcing Advisor:

*Experience working in a scheduling, resourcing or capacity management role
*Able to work in a team and on your own, with the ability to use your initiative
*Experience of managing multiple tasks and processes in a fast-paced environment
*Able to manage teams in multiple locations, reporting regularly to management
*Comfortable challenging resource decisions, with support from management where appropriate
*Strong relationship skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
