Your new role
A new role within the organisation, my client is recruiting a Facilities Manager to be based from their Central London office and further support several sites within the UK. Reporting into the Director of Finance & Administration, you will manage the day to day facilities operations, ensuring a seamless and high level of services are delivered to employees. You will assume all H&S responsibilities, 3rd party contractor management, DSE assessments, space management, budget management and support new projects when required. As the lead facilities professional for the organisation you will be a trusted advisor to the business and provide clear leadership to staff.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a corporate facilities manager, prior experience of working within the legal sector is advantageous but not a must have. Strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple sites are the critical skills and experiences needed. IOSH is a minimum requirement for this role.
