My client are a market leading student Letting Agency based in North Leeds and they are looking to recruit an experienced lettings or sales professional to join their busy team. The successful candidate will ideally have one years experience in Lettings and will be very customer focused. However we will consider applicants who have transferrable skills from other sales industries.

Duties include:

• Booking viewings
• Attending viewings
• Negotiating lets on properties
• Ensuring paperwork is up to date for tenants to move in
• Referencing tenants
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
