This company are a well-established and award winning organisation in the hospitality industry. They have a high staff retention due to a great working environment and have bounced back since the start of the pandemic.
In this role you will be overseeing the overall facilities maintenance. This will include some tasks such as hands on maintenance responsibilities, compliance and regulations tasks, communications with contractors and everything in between. This is an autonomous days based role, which requires the candidate to work Monday - Friday (Flexible hours) with the occasional Saturday included.

*General Building Maintenance across 2 hotels
*Compliance and regulation tasks, and supervising a small team
*Communications between agencies
*Experienced in facilities/building maintenance
*Hospitality experience & Supervisory is advantageous.
*Commutable to Oxford and surrounding areas.
