The Company And The Home
As Home Manager in Lytham St Anne's, you will be working in a service that is both purpose built and beautiful enough to want to stay there yourself. The service specialises in a bespoke care plans as well as individual meal plans and ensure that the residents get their meals freshly cooked and personalised to their preferences and requirements.
The provider provides personalised care and for dementia and elderly residential care. In addition to this there is also the ability to work with respite beds, a fast paced and business part of the role, to keep things interesting.
