HR Business Partner
Flk recruitmentis supporting a professionalservices firm in Leeds as they look to appoint an HR Business Partnerto cover a period of maternity for 12 months.
This role will support a wide range of head office functions and will combine both operational and morestrategic HR work. You will work proactively,interpretingHR metrics to create and drive people plans. You will also be required to provide core HR advice, implement policies, pick up complex ER cases as well as providing recruitment support.
Candidates with professional services sector experience is essential. The rolewould suit a Senior HR Adviser looking for a step up.
This is a hybrid role working out of their Leeds office and working from home also. A 4-day working pattern may be considered, for the right candidate. However, due to the demands and volume of work inthis role, reduced hours are only likely to work for an experienced HR Business Partner.
