Talent Specialist

Oakleaf Partnership are proud to partnered with a global matrixed organisation on their search for a Talent Specialist to join their high performing head office team (office based near Heathrow airport)

In this role you will manage and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy that will identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain the best quality talent in the tech and digital space.


  • Talent Acquisition - Operational recruitment a filling of different roles
  • Talent Management - Oversee talent management processes, projects and initiatives
  • Manage and monitor the company's talent and career development scheme
  • Monitor and share market leading insight into Talent Opportunities
  • Manage the Skill Gap Analysis in collaboration with the Office of the CIO
  • Establish, Implement and Manage Talent Pipelines and Succession Planning; Creating a place of positive attrition
  • Ensure attraction and talent programmes have leadership attributes embedded throughout
  • Establish strong OpCo relationships and maximise talent opportunities across the group
  • Manage the Career Pathways based on market skills/ analysis. Handover to the partnering team to ensure this is implemented effectively
  • Manage and embed the onboarding strategy and ensure consistent application of these activities
  • Design and execute the induction/ onboarding/bridging programmes
  • Ensure there is a Diversity & Inclusion focus/lens on all Talent and Resourcing initiatives

What's needed:

  • Strong Talent Acquisition professional, including design and delivery as well as leading on recruitment and resource planning within a high performing organisation
  • Experience in Talent Management and Career Development
  • A proven track record in delivering recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities
  • Preferable experience operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable
