You will be supporting your hiring managers with the full lifecycle of their hiring; managing around 15-20 roles right from initial briefing, through to sourcing, selection and offer, ensuring your candidates have a first class experience at every stage.
Your ability to use a wide range of insights from previous hires coupled with your tech market knowledge, gives you a competitive advantage over other recruiters. And as you know where to find candidates that aren't actively looking (and can speak credibly with them about tech) the pipelines you build and maintain help you to fill your requisitions quickly with the best talent available.
Their Group companies, they really value their four Collaboration Days per month. Each team has flexibility around how these are achieved across the month and in which of their offices.
You may have exposure to hiring internationally and across Microsoft technologies, which would be a bonus, but either way they will provide you with that experience. They have offices across the UK, South Africa and have recently started to hire remote teams based in Southern Europe and South America.
