My client is looking for an experienced Recruiter who is looking for the next move into a position where they will be managing a team of recruiters across a geographical area.
Within the role you must work effectively with the Senior recruitment team and also the Operational teams including Regional and Branch managers. You will be key to the implementation of the talent acquisition strategy.

Knowledgeable of the complete 360 recruitment process and the entire cycle, experienced in such and with proven success.
Capable with using Applicant Tracking Systems
Able to drive and manage your team to succeed.
An excellent communicator, able to influence a wide range of business stakeholders.
Educated to A-Level
Experienced in working in a high pressure, target driven environment.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
Able to use data to drive decision making and direction
Please note this is a role with a salary paying up to £35K for the right candidate but no commission is payable in this role.
