Recruitment Partner - 100% Remote Working - Engineering

We are currently partnering with a progressive and exciting Engineering organisation who are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support their European Recruitment Function. This is initially on a 6 months contract.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be driving the business through recruitment strategies and will be a key ambassador for company. The business is going through some fantastic growth plans, and the TA Lead will play a key part in their strategies to shape and develop the talent function.

The TA Lead will partner with key stakeholders in the business, understanding company growth objectives and devise plans to attract and retain top talent.

The Role:

  • Supporting the talent function and managing strategies such as developing, driving and shaping the function
  • Provide strong data-driven insight to analyse performance and produce solutions
  • Provide strong pipeline management, continuously sourcing and networking with top talent
  • Be a cultural ambassador for the business
  • Collaborate with the key stakeholders in the business, understanding requirements and executing solutions
  • Develop and implement TA plans
  • Be accountable for 3rd party agency partnerships
  • Develop and build internal capability
  • Deliver a market-leading experience to all candidates in the recruitment process
  • Own diversity, equality and inclusion strategy
  • Evolve TA practices - suggest new tools as the talent function continues to evolve
  • End-to-end recruitment management of all live roles ranging from entry to executive level
  • Partner with the Talent/HR teams to streamline onboarding processes
  • Other duties as required


  • Operated at a senior level in a recruitment function
  • Experience of recruiting for tech/engineering roles
  • Strong talent acquisition experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Experience of delivering sourcing strategies for a large-scale organisation
  • German Speaking (Ideal)
