Would you like to work in a customer facing role and make a positive impact on people and their communities? Reed In Partnership are working exclusively with the Job Centre to provide claimants with a fantastic opportunity to apply for the role of Recruitment Adviser.

We understand that everyone is different and a formal interview isnt always the best way of showcasing your skills, therefore, we are giving you the opportunity to complete a day in the role of a Recruitment Adviser in an on the job style interview.

What does a Recruitment Adviser do?

A Recruitment Adviser is responsible for the sourcing of sustainable employment opportunities for programme participants within the local employer market, ensuring service levels exceed employers expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for programme participants through face-to-face, telephone and email contact
  • Building long term relationships with local employers
  • Arranging interviews, providing support and guidance to our participants to help ensure success
  • Providing post placement support

Your schedule for the day

Over the course of the day, you will have the opportunity to perform all the aspects of the Recruitment Adviser function, giving you a fantastic insight into role and how this fits in to the wider business. Following a morning briefing with the line manager, your duties will include:

  • Business Development
  • CV Screening
  • Mock Interviews

Plus, there will be opportunities to buddy up with experienced Recruitment Advisers throughout the day.
