Your new role
You will be managing the senior leadership life cycle from offers to on-boarding and everything in between. Although you will sit within the wider HR team you will be in a standalone capacity in your role in looking after the SLT life-cycle. This is a heavily administrative role and will require high volume and exceptional attention to detail in relation to complex contracts, benefits and record tracking. Supporting the senior executives across the UK, France, Belgium and Luxembourg and reporting directly into the regions CEO.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have come from a complex or matrix organisation Senior Stakeholder management experience Good knowledge of payroll & benefits, CIPD qualified or equivalent.
