Due to rapid growth our client is looking to onboard an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join their established inhouse recruitment team. As a market leading, family-owned company, currently celebrating their centenary year, they have an excellent employer brand in their sector and are regarded by many as a destination employer.
As an additional member of our clients growing team, you will be sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates for their Central Functions.
Your role will involve working in conjunction with colleagues within the Resourcing Team to advertise vacancies and marketing them via social media platforms alongside engaging with potential candidates via referrals, social media and job boards. The aim of this role is to attract top quality candidates in order to maintain our clients high direct hire rate whilst subsequently minimising costs. You will pre-screen relevant candidates, manage candidate expectations and manage the offer process from start to finish. Finally, on the rare occasion that an external recruitment agency is used, you will be responsible for engaging with external consultants where assistance is deemed necessary.
In order to succeed within this role, you must have previous experience within a recruitment, whether this be in a 360, internal or talent acquisition capacity. The ability to proactively engage and attract candidates in a skill shortage market is essential. If you have experience recruiting within the engineering or construction industry this would be advantageous however this is not essential.
