They’re looking to offer a salary of £48.500 - £50,000 dependent on experience, Monday – Friday working week along with car allowance and other great benefits. The role would suit an experienced Talent Partner / in-house Recruiter with proven success of leading talent plans and development through a company with multiple sites. Can you deliver a top-notch candidate experience along with managing the expectations of hiring managers and leaders to give an all-round professional experience? Relationship building is key, being part of an influential team to support and adapt the recruitment process to become that talked about business.
