Senior HR Manager
Elevation HR are working with a leading distribution business to support them in recruiting a Senior HR Manager. The company is about to embark on a period of transformational change and this role will work closely with the HR Director to support in delivering this change.
* Work closely with the business area to implement and deliver the HR Strategy/People Plan to include: resource planning, organisational effectiveness, talent, succession planning, employee engagement and change management
*Support managers in understanding the implications of employment legislation and other statutory requirements, applied to people management
*Provide advice to business managers regarding the effective management of organisational change and managing change
*Lead any people aspects of the change agenda, including branding, Values and workforce restructure
Qualifications & Experience:
*CIPD Qualified plus 5 years plus' proven experience in an HR professional capacity
*Experience of managing organisational change programmes
*Experience of working within a unionised environment
*Sound HR generalist with a good working knowledge of employment law and a proven experience in managing employee relation's issues
*Previous experience of leading on change projects
*Experience of coaching and influencing managers
